Flowerball
I would cheer after saying flowerball, but I'm too tired so ya'll will have to settle with a mild "woo." Yesterday was SO long, but it was seriously worth it. It took forever to get all the stuff done before the dance- my hair is so thick that it took an hour and a half for the lady at the hair place to do it, and last night it took me a half hour just to pull out all the bobby pins. I swear I had so much hairspray in that I should've slapped a "don't expose to open flame" sticker on my back. The dance was really fun. They played Evanescence and I freaked out (as usual), but they also played Britney Spears, and I had to run out of the dance into the commons area, I felt like I was going to be sick. But it all went well- I'm really glad that I didn't spend outrageous amounts of money on this- after all it was only three hours and this isn't prom, people. I mean I'm just a little disgusted with those people who spent money on limos and dinner, and hundreds on their outfits alone. Contrary to popular belief, there IS more to life than flowerball, people. After the dance I went to a pary at one of my friends house, which was fun- I stuffed myself with food the entire time, but hey, it was free wasn't it? The only bad thing about all this is that I didn't get my Evanescence tickets because we're all stuck on who's going to buy them all and then we would all pay them back. I just pray to God that I get good tickets or ANY for that matter. The Offspring sold out in a half hour... I would seriously die if I couldn't go. DIE AND BURN. Well, I'm going to eat some mac an' cheese. Later.
