Today started out really gloomy and sad, with the misty rain and just my general depressed mood. I don't know why, but all day during school I just sat there and stared into space. I hardly talked or ate at lunch, and a lot of people noticed, including my social studies teacher. I just kind of felt like what was the point of school? I was thinking of a lot of "what's the point of"'s for a while, but then when I got home the day changed all the way around. I went online and flipped on the radio and was listenin' to some tunes and then the dj, Remy comes on. He starts talking about traffic, but then I hear "....seether and evanescence in town....tickets next...." I just about fell out of my chair. I went to the ticketmaster and site- and there it was!!! Evanescence is coming to town July 13! COULD IT GET ANY BETTER??? So I went to my band concert tonite and told a ton of people and we're all going to get tickets this Saturday. GO EVANESCENCE! THIS IS GOING TO RULE!! The band concert was good too- I played some solos and they went well. A few of my friends won band awards for being the awesome people that they are (GO SARA, MISSY and JENNY!!) And then afterwards I got to talk to my friend that I never see and she said that band concert was the best that's she's seen from a band like ours. GO US! (I'm SO not a band geek...) Anywayz- so tomorrow I'm going to Valleyfair, which is going to be so much fun, but I'll probably end up puking on the tilt- a whirl. (lol) Well I must go- Megan Slater is giving away tickets for Ev soon. later.
